Customer Reviews
Quick concert parking
Booked concert parking. Easy to use app. Found a garage spot fast. Entry was smooth. No issues. Recommended.
Good value for airport parking
I was looking for cheap long-term airport parking and SpotHero really delivered. I found a great spot near the airport for my trip last month. The price was way better than what I'd pay at the lot directly. It was a solid saving and made the whole trip more affordable. Definitely felt worth it for the money.
Smooth experience for monthly parking
I recently switched to monthly parking through SpotHero for my commute. The ordering process was simple on the app; I just picked my garage and the dates. The digital pass was easy to pull up on my phone when I entered and exited. I did have a question about extending my reservation once, and customer support was responsive via chat within an hour. The quality of the garage itself was good, well-lit and felt secure. It really cut down on my stress of finding parking every day. Overall, a reliable service for what I needed.
So easy to find parking!
Oh my goodness, SpotHero is fantastic! I used it for event parking last weekend and it was such a lifesaver. Found a covered parking spot right by the stadium, and it was so simple to book. No more driving around in circles looking for a spot. I will absolutely use this again and tell all my friends about it!
Convenient but could improve
SpotHero was pretty convenient for daily parking in downtown Chicago. The app was straightforward, and I found a spot quickly. The price was good compared to others. My only small issue was the parking pass instructions were a little unclear when I arrived, but I figured it out. Overall, a positive experience and I'd use it again.
Found a spot for the game
Needed stadium parking for a game last week. I just pulled up the app, punched in where I was going, and boom, found a decent spot not too far. The price was okay, not super cheap but better than paying on the spot. Getting in was fine, they just scanned my phone. Felt pretty chill, no fuss, which is exactly what I wanted. Worked out.

Hey, wondering if the first-time user discount is still a thing? About to book for a concert next month in Chicago and trying to save a few bucks.
Thinking of using SpotHero for a trip to NYC, specifically for airport parking at JFK for like a week. Is it actually cheaper than just showing up?
